All the above products are stored with both retail and wholesale prices. Also applicable to price storing are two important features. (1) The ability to store single, double, triple, quad, and child rates for each product. (2) The ability to make each price date sensitive so that you may enter multiple prices for multiple seasons of the year.

Inventory control is managed automatically on a booking by booking basis. Each time a booking is made, inventory availability is reduced, and each time a cancellation is made inventory is increased and the space is available for sale by other agents instantly!

In addition to the inventory stored in the system, when a product is not available, or when you keep no block of rooms for a particular property, the system will show the product as available 'on request' only. Your agents can still book this product on a request basis, as the property itself may still have rooms available. This of course will generate several automatic procedures, two of which are a request queue message, and if you wish, an automatic fax may be sent to the vendor as well, to request the space.
