Q. What type of computer system do I need?
A. The simplest computer available on the market today is more than sufficient for . The only requirement is that it can connect to the Internet. Since the actual program and all your data are actually stored on our servers (much like the airline reservation system) your computer resources are not used, and therefore are of no consideration. If you currently have a computer that connects to the Internet you already have whet you need.

Q. What type of telephone connection do I need?
A. Any telephone connection to the Internet is sufficient. Although not required, a DSL line is the fastest line today, and delivers the fastest speed. Most local telephone companies now offer such line at a cost of $20-50 per month. You may talk on this line while your computer is connected to the Internet, and your connection is always on.

Q. Can I work on SuperRES from home?
A. Absolutely! You can work from any computer that has a connection to the Internet. Office, home or on the road. In fact, we have many subscribers who have their sales force work from their homes, some even from different cities.

Q. What is the cost of upgrades and enhancements to the system?
A. There is NO additional cost for any upgrades to the system. Every enhancement that comes up is available to all subscribers at no cost. The system is simply updated at night, and the enhancements are available for you in the morning.

Q. How long is my contract for?
A. There are no long term contracts with any of the Super products. Your agreement is a month-to-month agreement which may be terminated at any time.

Q. Will my price increase in the future?
A. NEVER! As with all SUPER products, once you subscribe to the service, your price is locked at the same level for as many years as you continue to use the system. There is NEVER a price increase, extra charges or hidden costs.

Q. How long is the training program?
A. The training program takes about 5-10 hours and we do it over the telephone. We teach you how to use the system in small 30 minuets training sessions, while we monitor you online. This has been a most effective training method for us, turning you into an expert in about 2 weeks.

Q. How soon can I start using the system?
A. You can get started within 2-3 days and have a fully functioning web site in less than 2 weeks. The installation part takes less than 5 minuets and is a simple click step.
