  In all availability displays the agent has the ability to see the very last seat or last room available in a block and book it. Each booking, of course, reduces the block by the number of seats or rooms booked. In situations where you do not have a block of inventory for free sell, the system automatically books the segment with an 'on request' status and automatically generates a request message to the supplier. When the request is confirmed by the supplier the status is confirmed.
