is automatically set up to remind you when a travel agency commission
is due on a credit card booking. It will automatically be set for
X number of days after completion of travel. The system can then
create a check in the checkbook for you to print. You have the option
of printing one check per reservation, or combine up to 15 commissions
on one check. In addition, each credit card reservation is automatically
designated with a message showing the commission status, so that
all your agents can answer inquiries by agencies instantly, and
not have to transfer the caller to accounting or to a supervisor.
This message may show: "AGENCY COMMISSION WILL BE MAILED ON OR ABOUT
07/01/99" or if a commission has been mailed, it would show: "CHECK
# 1234 MAILED ON 07/15/99"

Say a travel agency manager calls you to request that the agency
be put on a higher commission level and claims that they "do a lot

to pay an agency an extra percentage at final payment time with

booking time, and the override percentage at a future date, such

and issue a statement to the agency periodically with the amount
of soft dollars used and available.

BOOKING AWARDS AND CONTESTS
Periodically
you may choose to run a special bonus contest if a certain number
of bookings or a dollar amount of sales is reached by one agency.

wish, you may offer an incentive program to the individual agents
within an agency, in order to reward those agents who are most loyal
to you. All of these contests and special programs can be set up
in minutes. The result can be accessed at any time during the contest,
