is automatically set up to remind you when a travel agency commission is due on a credit card booking. It will automatically be set for X number of days after completion of travel. The system can then create a check in the checkbook for you to print. You have the option of printing one check per reservation, or combine up to 15 commissions on one check. In addition, each credit card reservation is automatically designated with a message showing the commission status, so that all your agents can answer inquiries by agencies instantly, and not have to transfer the caller to accounting or to a supervisor. This message may show: "AGENCY COMMISSION WILL BE MAILED ON OR ABOUT 07/01/99" or if a commission has been mailed, it would show: "CHECK # 1234 MAILED ON 07/15/99"
