Reservation History leaves a well documented trail of all
activities pertaining to a reservation, and helps you avoid guessing,
asking or searching for clues and explanations. You always know
"who did what and when..."
The history
is automatically recorded each time a change is made to the reservation.
This history is automatically added by the system, and cannot be
removed, or modified in any way by the user. In addition each history
message is recorded with a signature line, which includes the name
of the caller, the date and time of the transaction, as well as
the name of the agent who took the action. This way there are never
any questions as to "Who did what and when..."
Some of the
actions that are recorded in the history include:
- Change in
segment status
- Cancellation
of a segment (or itinerary)
- Price modification
- Travel agency
commission modification
- Each time
an Invoice or ltinerary is printed (faxed or e-mailed)
- PNR placement
on Queue
- Email log
of all emails relating to the reservation
- Many, Many
More...
Displaying the
history is quick and simple too. You may select to view ALL the
reservations' history in chronological order. Or, if you prefer,
you may view only the history of a particular part of a the reservation,
such as the history of emails, history of pricing, or the history
of itinerary changes, etc.
